Holidog is present in 10 countries across Europe and is seeking a passionate and effective Head of Customer Happiness, who is a proficient French speaker, to drive our growth and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.


About Holidog:
Holidog is the premier marketplace in France for dog-sitting services, connecting pet owners with trusted caregivers.

With a strong presence in 10 European countries, we are committed to providing the best possible experience for both our customers and service providers.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Lead a team of 4 content moderators to maintain highquality content on our platform.
  • Take complete ownership of each customer happiness process, consistently questioning and implementing improvements.
  • Contribute to the creation of new organizational routines to optimize time and reduce errors within the company.
  • Actively propose new ideas to enhance Holidog's growth and improve customer experiences.
  • Monitor customer happiness KPIs and promptly address any issues that may arise.
  • Work to enhance Holidog's ereputation through exceptional customer experiences.

Requirements:


  • 3+ years of experience in managing customer happiness processes.
  • Proficient French speaker with fluency in English and proficiency in other European languages as a plus.
  • Obsessed with customer satisfaction and delivering excellent service.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
  • Innovative mindset, continuously seeking ways to improve processes.
