Job description:

We are looking for a Native English-speaking customer service consultant in sunny Malaga

In this position, you will work to provide world-class customer service and support to customers of a growing start-up in the UK market.

Your areas of responsibility

Contribute individually and as a team member to deliver outstanding quality and productivity standards that meet and often exceed customer requirements
Provide users with good solutions through information dissemination and analytical troubleshooting
Handle confidential information
Work with service and quality in all stages
Contribute proactively to ensure that all inquiries are answered

Qualifications

Organizational, structural and analytical skills
Strong focus on problem solving
Goaloriented and serviceoriented
Knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite
Good communication skills in British English
Ability to work at a high pace
