The
Sales Development Representative will identify, research and qualify new business opportunities and leads.

As well as conduct prospecting strategies to lead initial outreach to prospects and schedule meetings with key decision-makers in the mobile app industry.

This position will be based in Barcelona.


What would you do:

Market research: Proactively identify new opportunities with the most influential mobile app companies.

Exploration: Researching potential prospects before you contact them can make a world of difference between a deal and a bust. Investigate and understand the background of a company and the person you're trying to speak to so you can better frame a conversation.

Communication: Just like no two prospects are the same, no two prospects' interactions with them should be the same. Build the perfect bespoke communication flow to deliver the correct message to the correct person. Cultivate strong business relationships with key decision-makers.

Schedule: Organize meetings with prospective clients, frequent trips to attend local events and visit potential clients.

Strategy: Significant and frequently cold-calling to a diverse range of potential clients to generate qualified leads in order to build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.

Teamwork: Work closely with current Sales Executives to set up meetings or discovery calls with prospective clients.


What do you need to have:


  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or hunting roles in the Digital Advertising industry:
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written in English are
    a MUST. Another language such as German, Spanish, or Turkish will be a plus
  • Experience working with CRM (Salesforce would be a plus)
  • Performancedriven with the ability to work independently and as part of a multicultural team
  • Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
  • Motivated and quick learner able to adapt to new technology, software, and responsibilities
  • Quick thinker, have extraordinary interpersonal relationship skills and have a strategic and creative mind
