We're recruiting an IT Support (M/F) to reinforce our team in Madrid. It is an opportunity in the logistics sector for an important international client.


We're looking for a person who likes challenges, has extensive professional experience in warehouse management software (WMS - WMS), and is used to working in agile environments to be part of the IT department development team.

Responsibilities:


  • __________________________________________
Diagnosis and resolution of incidents in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS - WMS);
Validation and configuration of new software and hardware installations;
Support for the management, supervision, and implementation of the company's WMS;
Integration of the tools of the different environments;
Preparation of reports and reports;
Implementation of technical solutions.

What we're looking for:


  • __________________________________________
Higher Education in IT or Logistics (degree in IT desirable);
3 years of experience in similar positions;
Experience in identifying and solving hardware and software problems;
Experience in Windows administration;
Spoken and written English, level B2 (projects are carried out with French and German colleagues in this language);
Availability for occasional national and international travel (4/6 weeks per year) and during the training period;
Good analytical skills, autonomy, and dynamism;
Good communication and teamwork skills.
