Barcelona fashion brand looking for a Customer Service Agent.


Tasks:


  • Provide accurate information about products, orders, shipping, and returns.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and effectively.
  • Monitor order fulfillment and shipping processes to ensure ontime delivery.
  • Handle and escalate complex cases to the appropriate team members.
  • Maintain detailed customer records and document all interactions.
  • Act as the primary voice of the customer and advocate for their needs and interest.
  • Collaborate with other teams (e.g. Product, Operations, Marketing) to provide insights and feedback from customers.
  • Identify and communicate common customer pain points and suggest solutions to improve the customer experience.
  • Participate in crossfunctional projects related to customer service and experience.
  • Stay uptodate on industry trends and best practices in customer service and experience.
  • Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Create reports and dashboards to share key insights with stakeholders across the company.
  • Develop and maintain customer personas, profiles, and segmentation to inform customercentric strategies and initiatives.

Must have:


  • High attention to detail and reporting.
  • Native or high level of English.
  • Familiar with G suite and Excel.
  • Confident with complaint handling.
  • Ability to work under pressure or in a fast paced environment.

  • Spanish/French/German.
