Job Summary:
Analyzes and measures the effectiveness of existing business processes and develops sustainable, repeatable and quantifiable business process improvements.


Principal Responsibilities:
Business Process Consulting & Design

  • Business process consulting
  • Proactive business process analysis
  • Process documentation, documentation of process change requirements
  • User acceptance test management & support (utilizing adequate test tools, I.E. HP Quality Centre)
  • Implementation and post golive support (2nd level)
  • Preparation of digital training content and execution of user trainings
Core User Coordination

  • Support of regional core users
  • Continuous exchange (Calls & Meetings, pickup of process enhancement ideas)
  • Organization & management of user acceptance tests
  • Support of implementation of software releases & patches
Project Management and Collaboration in regional & global projects

  • Organisation and management of tactical business projects
  • Collaboration and interaction within strategic and global projects
  • Together with Strategic Business Process Managers to align regional processes to the global EMEA standard

Job Level Specifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Very good understanding of the business process value chain and as well as the economical and logístical contexts of whole sale distribution
  • Working experience in one of these areas mandatory:
  • Sales or Sales Support / Customer Support
  • Purchasing or Supplier Operations
  • Material Data Management
  • SAP user knowledge in one of the above-mentioned areas required
  • Microsoft Office user knowledge mandatory
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Structured working methods and ability to work independently
  • Know-how in process analysis and process design
  • Solid teamwork and interpersonal skills
  • Very good communication skills
  • Project management basics
  • English (fluent)
