What You Can Expect:


The Senior Business Analyst plays a lead role in designing, developing, and ensuring the system performance is scalable and available.

The Senior Business Analyst is responsible for gathering requirements for the implementation of functional solutions, taking into consideration the future goals of the business and the overall IT solution architecture.

The Senior Business Analyst will be responsible to lead small to medium-sized projects specific to Salesforce CRM as well as other EMEA projects.


The Senior Business Analyst works closely with users and management in the commercial region and commercial excellence function to understand, improve, and implement business requirements.

The Senior Business Analyst has an understanding of the overall direction and requirements of Zimmer Biomet's business across commercial sales, commercial excellence and transformation.


How You Create Impact:


  • Works closely with Commercial Excellence, pricing and CRM partners to identify, consolidate, and document business and functional requirements.
  • Works closely with Sales Cluster Leaders in the UK, Benelux and Nordics partners to identify, consolidate, and document business and functional requirements.
  • Learn business functions, including the documenting of business processes, to effectively participate in technical analysis, design, construction and implementation.
  • Lead medium to largesized projects through the full lifecycle, from the creation of a Feasibility Study to project closure and benefits realisation.
  • Supporting the deployment of CRM, Pricing, Incentive Management and Commercial Excellence tools in EMEA, providing expertise on system design, data design and implementation
  • Providing ongoing demand management and support for enhancements to CRM and commercial excellence systems in EMEA.
  • Supporting digital transformation strategy across commercial sales and excellence through process harmonisation, digitisation and simplification.
  • Interact directly with senior business leaders and key stakeholders to help develop visions in business process improvements or automation and proactively recommend technology improvements.
  • Strong collaboration with the Global IT teams and Application Centres of Excellence to ensure alignment to global and governance standards.
  • Strives for continuous improvement of knowledge and skill sets to include new technologies relevant to approved projects or special projects as assigned.
Ensuring compliance with global and regional IT processes and guidelines.


What Will Make You Stand Out:

  • Master or Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with business users at all levels and facilitating change.
  • Experienced working as a business analyst and translating business requirements into IT solutions.
  • Strong communication skills communicates clearly and concisely both verbal and written.
  • Possesses strong analytical skills to be able to quickly identify underlying problems and design solutions to these problems
  • Team player, high degree of flexibility and responsiveness, to changing inputs in a fastpaced environment
  • Strong crossfunctional collaboration skills in a matrixed working environment.

What Will Make You Successful:


  • Master or Bachelor degree or equivalent experience.
  • Knowledge of commercial sales, CRM and Pricing processes.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT with working experience as a business analyst.
  • Strong business analyst with demonstratable skills in delivering largescale digitial transformation projects.
  • Experience in reviewing complex data across disparate systems.
