Our future Customer service Operations Specialist will play a key role in the success of the business, ensuring that our customer receive the best possible experience.

As the Customer service Operations Specialist, you will be working with a truly dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will work closely with our Customer service team to improve our internal processes and providing valuable feedback on product performance.

Diligently follow up with customers and develop improvement actions in a timely manner, .
Monitor ongoing customer interactions, ensuring customer needs are being met and services are aligned.
Review the data collected from VOC tools to keep improving the classification accuracy.
Identify common top issues, analyse root causes, and develop improvement plans until they all closed.
Track open consumers' and follow up until closure.
Improve the service process and satisfaction based on the voice of consumers
Timely collect and analysis the voice of consumers.
To be familiar with working in a multiculture environment with excellent communication skills.
Proficiency in office software applications, Word and Excel.
Able to manage a diverse workload.
Able to make sound judgments, while understanding and balancing the needs of the customer as well as the needs of the company.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to effectively prepare written documentation in a clear and concise style.
Strong knowledge in consumer technology product groups such as software, knowledgebase.
Minimum 2 years of working experience and 1 year in similar background.
