Being responsible for the full cycle of O2C Accounting tasks

Revenue provision process: reporting on and booking of all provisions and releases
Review of the reconciliations prepared by team members
Overview of monthly financial reporting to group
Coordinate and Support Internal and External Audits
Point of contact for Finance Business Partners on O2C Accounting processes
Review and validation of the KPIs
First level of escalation for any issues raised by team members
Participate in the improvement of processes to increase team efficiency.
Close collaboration with Finance Business Partners and Finance Directors

Administrative degree or equivalent
Capable of working in several transformation projects at the same time
Dynamic, organized with a methodical approach

Prior experience in leading teams
Strong Excel Skills
Strong communication skills

As a member of the Order to Cash (O2C) team this position is responsible for supervising the O2C Global Services
Accounting Team. The Accounting team takes care of all accounting tasks in the O2C scope which includes but are not
limited to bad debt and other provisions, reconciliations, reporting and audits.
