We are looking for a scientist for a Gene therapies project that is being developed in our department of innovation under supervision of the Director of Innovation.

Examples of the assays to be developed are: aggregation, empty capsid vs intact viral particles, charge heterogeneity, transgene expression, characterization of the viral proteins, potency, residual DNA measurements, consistence of DNA code, gene copy number, DNA fingerprint, etc.

Holding a degree, Master's degree, or PhD in health sciences, with research experience in biology, biomedicine, pharmaceutical science and technology, biotechnology, biochemistry, medicinal chemistry, organic chemistry or bioengineering.
Good knowledge of advanced experimental techniques like Molecular biology techniques, LC-MS/MS, HPLC and UPLC, CZE, cIEF and icIEF, ELISA, flow cytometry, and RTq-PCR.
Ability to work independently and in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
Knowledge in the Advanced Therapies Medicinal Products specifically in Gene Therapies and nucleic acids.
Good knowledge in writing technical documents.
Proficiency in English language.
Knowledge to work in a regulated laboratory environment.
