Our company is one of the largest construction groups in Spain with a consolidated international presence. We principally develop civil works and railway infrastructures, and also operate in renewable energy, concessions, edification and industrial projects.

At this time and due to the growth of our business, we need to incorporate in our offices located in Madrid a:

SENIOR IN-HOUSE LAWYER
The selected person will have, among others, the following
responsibilities:

Review and drafting of internal contracts, including all kinds of intra-group and shareholder's agreements;
Manage all kinds of Lawsuits,follow up the process of lawsuits and prepare monthly reports;
Design and manage processes regarding corporate processes such as approval and signatory rights, powers of attorney;
Transform, develop and enforce compliance and corporate governance frameworks and policies;
Identify potential legal risk, develop and enforce risk constraint mechanisms;
Manage and instruct external legal counsels and related budgets;
Offer legal advice for the company's business.

Skills and requirements:

A mature corporate and commercial lawyer with 510 years of Lawyer experience, especially in Spain.
Preferable to have experience in the infrastructure/construction sector.
Preferable to have experience in the postmerger Management.
Qualification: law degree from a Spanish university.
Languages: English,Spanish.
