Job Description:

As a Quality Intern you will helping with the reporting and analysis on Product/Service Quality.

You will collaborate providing information and analysis to the Quality team and other stakeholders to facilitate decision process around Quality and monitor Quality performance.

Assist with the administers Quality IT systems for customer complaints and quality audits. Help improve, actively and continuously, reporting processes using the most appropriate technology.


Major/ Key Accountabilities:

  • Collaborate with the accurate data collection and reporting for customer complaints and audit results.
  • Help with the data record retention to allow historical analysis.
  • Assist with the optimize reporting processes, systems and tools.
  • Help provide analysis to identify opportunities and insights for Quality improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor ́s or Master degree in Engineering, Business Administration or related field.
  • Six Sigma trained.

Experience:


  • Experience in data management (big data)
  • Expert in Excel including VBA, Power BI
  • Good understanding of major Microsoft products.
  • SharePoint or web based IT skills needed.
  • Knowledge and experience of quality principles.
  • Worked in a quality environment.

Skills and Knowledge:

Computer:
M/soft Office (M), Mini tab (M), PDA & database (M). Mobile apps and connection to servers.


Languages:
English Fluent.

Additional European language is a plus.
