Purpose of the job:
Contribute to boosting Ecommerce channel Growth and supporting its development both internally and externally.


Establish and enhance Capabilities and skills that will propel the growth and attain a significant advantage in this channel by achieving superior turnover, market share, and margin.


Key responsibilities:
Facilitate and lead essential relationships with customers: Aid in the formation of annual JBPs focusing on USG targets and Market Share

Promotional strategy implementation:
Execute the promotion and media plan on the retailer's website. Direct campaigns and creative processes in collaboration with our Marketing and eCCD team

Banners and visibility management coordination:
Ensure the smooth coordination of production with U-studio of visual materials on customers' websites.

Business Analysis:
Ongoing analysis of sales outcomes, monthly sales reports, and examination of Cash-Up and key drivers.

Performance media campaign assessment:
Evaluate campaign ROAS across various platforms (Criteo, media agency)

BMI budget Oversight:
Accountable for controlling BMI for Ecommerce

Support BWPC Digital strategy for numerous channels (PP, QC, Omni & HB): Oversee DMC & local project coordination

Experience requirements:
