Accountant Team Lead (GA) - Fluent in English will be responsible for- Coordinate tasks within the General Accounting department (R2R processes) involving month end activities, Fixed Assets, balance sheet reconciliation and banking tasks.
- Participation in migration project to centralize accounting processes at the GBS center in Barcelona.
- Organize and distribute activities within the group ́s department.
- Suggest and propose process improvements to boost the productivity.
- Make sure that the team members are properly trained.
- Liaise between operative needs and Management requirements.
- Review KPI on Daily & weekly Basis.
Accountant Team Lead (GA) - Fluent in English requires:
Previous experience in team management of at least 8-10 persons

Previous experience in Shared Service Center Companies
:
- Atention to detail.
- Problemsolving skills.
- Strong leadership skills, monitoring productivity and providing guidance to the team.
- Advanced Office and valuable knowledge in SAP.
- Advanced written and spoken English.
- A completed degree in business admnistration or comparable trainig.
