Main Tasks & Responsibilities:
Integrated within an international team, he/she will work closely with all HR departments: Business Partner, Payroll, Talent and Health & Safety.
- Collaboration in different projects of the Human Resources department.
- HR support in a wide range of activities
- Personnel administration, payroll support, administrative documentation, workday inputs, contracts, etc.
- Analysis of information and production of different standard and ad hoc reports.
- Create and analyze dashboards for the people services center KPIs.
- Collaboration in different projects of the Human Resources department.
- Eventually support the management of resources and even general affairs.
- Support in internal communication processes.
Minimum Education and Qualifications:
- Graduate in HR, Law, Industrial Relationship or Psychology.
- Degrees should be completed maximum in the last 3 years and they must be Spanish or demonstrate equivalence according to the Spanish educational system.
Background & Experience:
- Preferably with experience in Human Resources department using tools such as Workday, Service Now, META 4, etc.
- Experience or a stage in an international environment will be appreciated.
- High internal customer service orientation.
- Positive approach: can do attitude and team player
- Keen to learn
Specific Technical Skills:
- Excel, Word, Powerpoint. Experience/knowledge of Workday, Meta 4, Service Now is a plus.
- Languages: English and Spanish fluent.
