  • CBRE applies insight, experience, intelligence and resources to help clients make informed real estate decisions. We have dedicated teams providing services in Valuation, Corporate, Investment, Agency, Retail, Residential, Logistic platforms, Industrial space, Interior Fitout and Research.
  • Within the General Valuation (Valuations, Studies and Consultancy, Business valuation) you will be in charge of the management of projects in SPAIN according to the following procedures:
  • Valuation of Real Estate assets: Inspection, valuation and reporting on Real Estate properties. Tracking of valuations made.
  • Commercial Real Estate Analysis with special emphasis in Shopping Centers, Offices and Logistics: Assessing investment processes from a Valuation point of view and realization of Cash Flows.
  • Market reports and feasibility studies.
  • Contribute to the development of the commercial strategy.
  • Work alongside the Central Valuations Team.

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • 15 years in Real Estate sector or finance
  • Ability to work and report in English and Spanish
  • Economics/Arch
- itecture degree or similar

  • Chartered Surveyors is a plus
  • Interest in working in the Real Estate and valuations
  • MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Ability to work within a team and coordinate the functions of various people
  • Good judgment, analytical capability and good grasp of numbers
  • Good communication skills (oral & written)
  • Capacity for synthesizing
  • Maturity and responsibility
  • High motivation and commitment
