Overview:

Coordinate, evaluate and monitor technical, human resources, the results section, the results, and to inform internal and external auditors; according to the GMP regulations, methods and procedure of the plant, in order to achieve the completion of all work related to the products produced by the plant, provide technical support to internal external companies (clients) and (production) and get a good score evaluations audits.

All this taking into account the safety regulations indicated by the company and the use of personal protective equipment provided depending on the risks of each operation.


Responsibilities:


  • Organize and control the analysis of finished, intermediate or raw materials for their release following approved analytical methods, SOPs or quality guidelines.
  • Schedule and control water, air and surfaces microbiological sampling in manufacturing areas.
  • Coordination of raw material, intermediate and finished products sampling.
  • Assure Quality Control equipment's are calibrated/verified before use.
  • Review Quality Control analytical reports.
  • Add analytical results in inspection lot of SAP system after analysis were completed.
  • Compare the physical characteristics of components, materials, equipment, and products to technical specifications to identify defects.
  • Provide technical support to internal and external customers.
  • Develop training of personnel following Quality Control training modules and annual training plan.
  • Evaluate the work of Quality Control staff to present the Quality Control Responsible their skills and attitudes.
  • Train the new incorporations in the specific activities and functions of the position in which you are an expert.

Qualifications:

Education: University degree in Chemistry or similar.

Languages: High level of Spanish and English is necessary.

Experience (years/area): Minimum 1-3 years' experience in the functions mentioned above.

Specific Knowledge:Knowledge of GMP, GLP regulations and Leon Farma SOP's.

Travels: Open to travel occasionally.

Personal skills:good analytical skills, accuracy and reliable, team worker.
