Job description:


  • Preparation and sending of requests for quotation after carrying out studies of order requests from the warehouse and other sections. Analysis of the offers received from the suppliers and providers.
  • Making orders after carrying out the relevant studies of the orders received.
  • Documentation filing.
  • Analysis and rectification of possible differences between the orders and the invoices corresponding to these orders.
  • Looking into, chasing up and monitoring of orders not supplied on time or bringing forward delivery times in urgent cases.
  • Comparative analysis of purchases and consumption of specific materials.

  • Continuous improvement for the automation of processes, reducing adminstrative overheads and red tape, and improving efficiency.

Profile:


  • Further/higher education level: Superior in Administration and Finance, or a Degree course in ADE (Business and Company Management).
  • Basic knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook. An awareness of SAP would be an advantage.
  • Spanish mother tongue with an excellent level of English
  • Strong Communication skills
  • Mentally agile with an ability to solve problems
  • Demonstrated analytical capacity
  • Ability for the implementation of improvements.
