The Position:


By leading the development and execution of the internal communication strategy, you will become a strategic partner for the entire organization and contribute to its cultural evolution to higher standards of innovation, engagement, and transparency.

Working in close collaboration with our leaders, you will assure that our employees have an optimal alignment with Novo Nordisk Spain purpose, values, culture, and business goals.


What you'll get to do in this role:

  • Facilitate a Human (people centred), Segmented (contents, channels, tools, and audiences), Collaborative (new ways of working, design thinking, engaging audiences) and Impactful (attractive, useful, effective) Internal Communication strategy.
  • Design and implement communication campaigns using different and innovative channels maximizing employees' engagement and participation (Yammer, SharePoint, Newsletters, Office Screens )
  • Play a key role in the organizational change management related to implementation new business models, ways of working and ways of engagement.
  • Support the Leadership Team in the definition and landing of key messages in impactful internal events.
  • Strong collaboration with other players such as HR & Corporate Communication to develop and implement campaigns to promote employer branding through the appropriate external channels.
  • Effectively managing external vendors/agencies to ensure the communications strategy and tactics are executed in a timely manner at a high quality.

Requirements & Qualifications:


  • Solid experience in a communication role with focus in internal communication and change management.
  • Successful track record developing and implementing the IC strategy, managing senior stakeholders, communicating organizational changes, promoting cultural engagement and handling external partners.
  • Creative and out of the box thinking with knowhow in modern communication tools, high affinity to digital media and ability to make the most out of it.
  • You are good at building relations in a matrix organization and managing new ways of working on complex crossfunctional projects.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills with the ability to turn complex concepts into clear, simple and structured messages (both in Spanish and English).

You will join our People & Organization team reporting directly to it's Director. P&O supports employees throughout their entire professional life cycle in the company.
