to participate in projects and services related to the European Public Sector

We are looking for a professional to work for the International Organizations team, working in a dynamic atmosphere that promotes the professional growth in multinational and multicultural environments

Availability to travel for short periods of time and fluent English is a must

Responsibilities:

Define and implement ITIL end-to-end processes, plans and related artefacts
:

Define and implement IT Governance and Service Models
:

Define and implement IT Service Catalogues and Service Level Agreements
:

Define and implement Continuous Improvement, Risk and Quality Management
:

Support the definition of the IT Strategy, transformation, and TO-BE models
:

Support the Service and Projects Managers in the delivery of the services/projects.

Participate in commercial proposals and write technical offers:
