DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES |
About the role


Exclusive Networks Spain is expanding the team and is looking for a Junior Sales Manager, reporting directly to local company management.

In charge of driving end-to-end processes for achieving sales targets with vendors and partners, the Sales Manager will act as a business enabler to help them expand and grow by cross and upselling


As a Junior Sales Manager, you will:

  • Define, develop and manage the overall market GTM strategy based on assigned partners including enablement, programs and offers, marketing and demand generation with support from the various functional stakeholders
  • Plan quarterly enablement networking activities, ensuring the required number of attendees (new and repeated) to win mindshare and loyalty from partners
  • Plan, and execute quarter programs and offers, set targets and establish metrics, communicate and ensure successful program awareness and adoption through qualified leads, numbers of transactions, closing the sales and quarterly or halfyearly business updates/reviews with key partners
  • Ensure that the endtoend operations process is smooth for partners and aligned with internal guidelines.
  • Drive healthy pipelines to include new and renewal business
  • Track and report the performance of channel results, bookings, and program initiatives and provide enhancement recommendations to adjust courses on programs/initiatives as required

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE |
About you**
The ideal Junior Sales Manager:
  • Minimum 3 years experience and demonstrated success in the IT Industry and in business development in the field
  • Strong preference for a Sales and/or Business Development role
  • Indepth familiarity with the IT market with an emphasis on communications and/or information security
  • Ability to work independently combined with teamwork
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills
  • Independent learning ability, diligence and the ability to motivate proceedings
  • High presentation and reporting skills
