About the role
As our
Head of Acquisition and Growth, you will be our demand generation leader, our acquisition funnel guru and growth strategy master


You'll play a crucial role in driving Amenitiz's continued success by overseeing all aspects of our acquisition and growth strategies, managing a significant media budget, building and leading a high-performing team, and last but not least unlocking product-led growth opportunities.


Your mission
As our
Head of Acquisition and Growth you will be responsible for:


  • Strategic Planning: You'll develop and execute a comprehensive acquisition and growth strategy to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth in order to hit (and overachieve) Amenitiz's goals and objectives.

Reporting and Analytics:You will establish clear metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of acquisition and growth strategies. You will provide regular reports and insights to the leadership team, highlighting performance, trends, and opportunities for improvement.

Team Leadership: You will build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of acquisition and growth professionals, including SEO specialists, performance specialists, and a growth engineer. You'll provide clear direction, set performance goals, and provide regular feedback to ensure team members are delivering to their best

Budget Management:You'll manage a substantial media budget of €1.8M and you'll need to optimize budget allocation across different acquisition channels, and continuously monitor and report on the performance of campaigns to ensure we are always achieving maximum ROI.

Product-led Growth: You will work very closely with our product team to unlock product-led growth opportunities by optimizing the onboarding process, improving user activation and retention rates, and driving upsell and cross-sell initiatives. You'll leverage data and insights to identify product-led growth opportunities and develop strategies to drive user engagement and revenue growth.


Your profile
As our
Head of Acquisition and Growth you will have:

  • Proven experience in leading and managing acquisition and growth strategies & teams (ideally in a SaaS or tech-related industry)
  • Experience in managing a significant media budget and optimizing budget allocation for maximum ROI.
  • Strong analytical and datadriven mindset, with a track record of using data and insights to make informed decisions.
  • Excellent leadership skills with experience in building and managing highperforming teams.
  • Resultsoriented mindset with a focus on achieving acquisition and growth targets.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams.
