GTM Events Manager:


Tasks and responsibilities:


  • Ensure the ontime and highquality endtoend delivery of virtual events setup and execution, associated communication campaigns, and other complementary tasks.
  • Be a direct point of contact for BI's events owners before, during, and after the execution of a virtual event.
  • Turn virtual event setup and administration details, multichannel communication campaigns and their contents as defined and delivered in the briefing documentation from the stakeholders into a series of workflows, deliveries, and workspaces in our marketing automation toolsets and our virtual events toolsets.
  • Help to administer training for speakers and event owners to address their questions and concerns; act as a technical administrator during the virtual event itself to trigger technical features and address technical issues; and perform any necessary technical followups from the event, such as postevent video hosting.
  • Enforce adherence to processes & SLAs by internal customers, and define new processes and find serviceoriented solutions when needed. Also, work with our team and crossfunctionally to help streamline, optimize, & share documentation, processes, knowledge, and new service ideas.

Requirements:


  • 2+ years of events management experience (preferably, virtual events) and working with event owners demonstrated expertise of virtual events platforms and tools, events concepts and best practices handson admin SpotMe and Zoom experience is preferred, or experience in similar virtual events management tools is required
  • The global nature of this job requires being fluent in English this job will be 100% in English
  • Ability to build and maintain meaningful & trusted relationships with others, to balance acting as a solutionsoriented point of contact for internal customers and as a peer exemplar for teammates; experience deescalating incidents that impact customers
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in a nonarrogant, customeroriented, but impactful and trustworthy way
  • Previous experience with project management strong project and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize workload efficiently and to manage multiple projects & deadlines simultaneously
  • Selfmotivated, selfstarter, and quick learner ability to dive deep into projects and problems without much guidance or direction from others
  • Solutionsoriented and dynamic mindset ability to think critically and find creative solutions when faced with complex & ambiguous scenarios and issues
