  • You will be based in Madrid as part of the S4G team, the Salesforce technology backbone of the Growth, Marketing & Sales practice within McKinsey.

What You'll Do:


  • As a Senior Salesforce Marketing Cloud Business Consultant you will be responsible for a range of tasks related to ensuring customers are having the best experience, interacting with customers to identify needs and provide valueadded solutions, designing solutions based on salesforce marketing cloud, leading and guiding our customers on their digital transformation journey and managing teams.
  • You will design solutions based on Salesforce clouds, with a focus on marketing cloud. You will analyze business processes in great detail, defining complex data migration throughout the projects, and be responsible for guiding our customers on their digital transformation journey.

Qualifications:


  • 5+ years of business analysis/consultancy experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Conceptual knowledge of cloud technologies, other CRM's and expertise gathering requirements
  • High level of oral and written communication, patience, proactivity, customer focus, resultoriented and high organizational capacity
  • Knowledge of project methodologies
  • Fluent English
