Reporting to the property, he/she will be the maximum responsible for the management and direction of F&B Project (a 7-floor historic building right in the center of Madrid, including a Luxury Boutique Hotel, a member ́s Club and various floors of restaurants) supervising the activity of Private Club, F&B, and hotel.

Mission of the position:

Based on an extensive knowledge of F&B, Luxury Hospitality and Fine Dining at an international level, he /she will develop the strategy of this new business, ensuring both customer experience and financial results.

He/she will oversee the implementation and operational excellence of the F&B project.

More than 10 years of Demonstrable experience in positions of responsibility of large projects of Exclusive Restoration, high level.
Accustomed to working in a business of exclusivity and personalization of the service.

Strong leadership and relationship building skills.
Experience in efficient operation of restaurants, bars, nightclubs, and hotels. Dedicated to implementing them from scratch, improving the bottom line through motivational and exceptional leadership.
Attention to detail.
Modern and current vision of trends in customer service and the management of "unique and differential" spaces in the Luxury & Lifestyle Hospitality arena.
Actionoriented, energy driver, dynamic and implementer.
Good balance between strategic vision and ability to implement projects and get off the ground (handson).
High relational quality and ability to work in a team with peers.
Bilingual English, Spanish (the position is Madridbased)
You must hold an EU passport.
