Business Line aims to accelerate the development and deployment of smart and environmental solutions on a global scale:

digital solutions for water and waste, solutions for air quality and climate, for the performance of drinking water networks and wastewater systems, as well as for environmental quality monitoring.

The teams in this Business Line contribute, along with the Group's geographical entities, to supporting local authorities and companies in their environmental transition, as well as citizens to facilitate their access to a more sustainable consumption.


WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR

  • You will join SUEZ Treatment Infrastructures which specializes in the construction of water and waste infrastructures for the municipal and industrial markets. Its broad scope of activities covers the fields of design, construction, finance and operation by providing technical expertise in project management.
  • We are looking for a Supply Chain Officer to support our projects for one year.
    Main accountabilities
  • Contributes to the definition of the PSCM TI governance, strategy and their implementation, if needed.
  • Defines and manages the Supply Chain performance and the budget of his/ her Project items.
  • Organizes, coordinates, motivates and ensures the development of the team (skills, career plan) in order to achieve the set objectives.
  • Supports the business and company's stakeholder's needs by ensuring competitiveness (efficiency and effectiveness) and innovation (suppliers, partnerships).
  • Is accountable to identify and monitor relevant KPIs for the reporting of his perimeter.
  • Identifies R&O related to the activities of the PSCM Department under his / her responsibility. Mitigates the identified risks & alerts the management on potential risks and their impact.
  • Steers and/or supports strategic negotiations.
  • Is responsible for enforcing the law, behaving with moral and ethics before the society and all the stakeholders.
  • Ensures the respects of all Group policies (H&S, Environment, Ethics ) and compliance with internal reporting rules.
  • Is responsible for the purchasing performance of the Project items under her/his responsability and applies all standard levels available through the PSCM Group, while satisfying the quality and schedule requirements of the project.
  • Supports the Supply Chain Project Manager and executes the procurement and supply chain strategy in accordance with the project requirements and identify potential internal and external stakeholders.
  • Within the project, interacts with Project Management (PM) and Engineering Responsible of the Project items under her/his responsability.
  • Negotiates and commits to purchases of critical & strategic goods and services, in accordance to the set objectives. Supports Supply Chain Manager negotiations when necessary.
  • Builds the contract with the supplier based on Group templates and negotiation.

Which skills and experiences you will need to succeed in this role?

Your profile

  • Bachelor's technical degree: Industrial, Mechanical Engineering or similar.
  • Specific training on negotiation skills is a plus.
  • Electro-Mechanical equipment knowledge.
  • Languages: Spanish & English is a must; French is a plus.
