This is a remote position.


Our B2B2C client, a well-funded, fast-growing European telemedicine start-up, is perfectly poised to capitalise on this high growth global market.

Through intelligent and thoughtful design, their efficient, user-friendly services enjoy utilisation rates 3X industry average, but at a fraction of the cost of competitors.

Their highly automated AI-driven technology is strategically designed to deploy frictionlessly across different jurisdictions at scale, internationally and rapidly. It is already in use across 37 countries and 22 languages.


Due to exploding interest from their global corporate clients (pharmaceutical companies, insurers, etc), they seek an innovative leader to drive their customer success strategy.

Your role will be to build high quality, trusting relationships with key clients to understand their needs and wishes and to convert those into features that add value to them and their customers.


  • Responsibilities:_
  • Build and lead the client success team
  • Continually improve client onboarding and support procedures
  • Build partnershipbased solid relationships with clients
  • Diagnose client needs and tailor solutions accordingly
  • Facilitate service extensions and enhancements for existing clients
  • Expand commercial relationships and opportunities with clients
  • Track and analyse KPIs to ensure constant service improvement
  • Build relationships between clients and the internal support team
  • Work with the medical and development teams as client advocate

Requirements:


  • Experience:_
  • Technology savvy with experience managing technical projects
  • Strong understanding of insurance, pharma or healthcare sectors
  • Ideally, experience in the telemedicine or digital health space
  • Prior experience in customer success roles
  • Prior team leadership experience
  • Skills_
  • Comprehensive project management skills
  • Analytic and evidencebased decisionmaking
  • Excellent spoken and written communication
  • People skills management and relationship building
  • Professional English essential
  • Additional languages are a big plus
