Descripción
Job Description:
A temporary position has arisen to provide assistance to the Finance Bidding Team for the LTA & Derivatives Programmes.
Main goals include:
- Supporting the sales team during sales campaigns
- Ensuring an efficient acquisition process by contributing to various stages such as Business Capture Plan and Quality Gates 1-4, and commercial panels/committees.
- Analyzing customer requirements/requests for quotation related to the financial/commercial aspects of a proposal.
- Offering commercial best practices, analyzing complex business scenarios, and proposing suitable solutions.
- Leading the preparation of bid commercial components in collaboration with other stakeholders like Country Sales, Bid Centers, and Business Lines.
- Assessing Sales, Engineering/Operations, and Business Lines on bid/no bid decisions, pricing, target costing, and terms and conditions.
- Providing financial data (quantitative and qualitative) to develop a competitive proposal, ensuring consistency and managing financial risk exposure.
- Collaborating with Legal and Country Sales to structure contracts and define commercial terms in alignment with bid team and Legal for Tailored Terms & Conditions.
- Supporting and participating in contract negotiations focusing on commercial sections in conjunction with Legal.
- Overseeing customer contracts, managing claims and waivers during contract execution in partnership with Country Sales, Business Lines, and Legal.
Required Skills:
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Engineering or Finance.
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
- Proficient in English and Spanish for negotiations.
- Advanced MS Office Skills.
This position demands awareness of potential compliance risks and a strong commitment to integrity, serving as the cornerstone for the Company's success, reputation, and sustainable growth.
