Lynx Financial Crime Tech is looking for a PROJECT MANAGER based in our MADRID office.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING


As a
PROJECT MANAGER you will be responsible for providing leadership, guidance, and support for project management activities within the Lynx.

This role will oversee the project portfolio, manage project priorities, and drive standardization of project management processes and procedures across the organization.

The PMO will work closely with project managers, business analysts, product owners, and other stakeholders to ensure consistent delivery of successful projects that meet business objectives and customer needs.

The following are some of the key responsibilities and requirements for this role:

  • Develop and implement project management methodologies, standards, and best practices across the organization.
  • Create and maintain project management templates, tools, and resources, including project plans, status reports, risk management plans, and change management plans.
  • Maintain meetings with different areas, understand their needs and propose the best solutions.
  • Oversee the project portfolio and ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Manage project prioritization and resource allocation, balancing competing demands for resources and ensuring optimal project outcomes.
  • Monitor project status and progress, identifying issues and risks, and developing mitigation plans as needed.
  • Conduct project reviews and postproject evaluations to identify opportunities for improvement and ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards.
  • Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including project sponsors, functional managers, and customers.
  • Support the development of project budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
  • Provide regular updates on project performance to senior management and other stakeholders.

EXPERIENCE
years of experience in project management in the software industry. A plus if you have a startup experience


EDUCATION

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems or a related field of study.
SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE

  • Experience working with projects End to End.
  • Ability to manage projects from the beginning in a new company. (A plus if you have a startup experience)
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to solve complex problems and make decisions.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing project management methodologies, standards, and best practices.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with crossfunctional teams and manage multiple priorities.
  • High level of English
