A vacancy for an

Industrial Composite R&T Engineer

has arasen within Airbus Operations, Illescas.

The Jobholder is accountable and responsible for:
Supporting Composites Industrial technology R&T leaders within the whole ME Community,

being a R&T stakholder for Manufacturing Engineering to the R&T program and Quality as customer

Leading dedicated workpackage in R&T projects

Developing & delivering composite technology axis roadmap for productivity & future programs

Implement industrial mindset & requirements in maturing solutions

Scouting of Composites Technologies

Mission & Responsibilities

To specify, develop and manage CFRP materials, and their processability on Industrial devices.

To specify, develop and manage different technologies for Composites Manufacturing

To specify, develop and manage all kind of machines & industrials cells (including tooling) for Composites manufacturing

To act in multi-disciplinary projects with different stakeholders

Identify the needs from the customer (plants, new products) and deliver solutions through the set up of R&T projects.

Elaborate Industrial Technology Strategies for short, mid and long-term

term with alignment to Industrial Requirements.

Present New Project proposals to R&T program in line with Industrial Strategy and product policy Requirements.

WP Leader in R&T program

Deliver from early stage of R&T Capability development plan in close relationship with QDX using datas.

Validate developments with Experts, Industrial and Digital Architects.

Steer the Upstream R&T developments to identify the technologies that are mature to be introduce in the Industrial development phase

Requierements

Accademic background:
engineering.

Around 1 year of related experience.

English Negotiation Level.

Having done an internship at Airbus would be a plus.
