JOB DESCRIPTION:
This role is responsible for executing periodic reports, analyzing, protecting and optimizing OM, minimizing negative impacts and managing suppliers' litigations. Creation of periodic reports related to our BTB Operations & Excellence teams KPIs Analyze KPIs in order to provide conclusions, suggestions and detect main issues and opportunities Design and create reports in Excel and Salesforce Analyze bookings at an individual level to reduce OM loss caused by Negative profitability bookings Identify opportunities to maximize profitability and set action plan. Analyze and waive cancellation policies and no shows fees where applicable Resolve supplier litigations to avoid discrepancies and payment delays Navigating the challenges associated with the technical issue and finding solutions to avoid the impact of the issues Skills needed:
  • Graduate in Tourism or related studies
Proficiency with Salesforce, Tableau & Atlas Specific customer service industry knowledge and experience Fluent English is a must. Other languages are a plus Data analytical, conceptual and reporting skills Ability to adapt to changes Commercial skills Opportunities focus Advanced Excel and Power Point skills are a must Previous experience in operationsYou will have the opportunity to work for a company that is going through significant change in becoming the world ́s leading travel services provider.
