We'll be looking for you to analyze data to extract actionable insights that will help drive product-business decisions.

You will communicate data-driven insights and recommendations to stakeholders and drive data tracking decisions to build efficient data collection and reporting.


Role Responsibilities

  • Perform advanced data analysis using statistical techniques to identify trends, patterns, and customer behaviors that impact digital banking operations.
  • Develop and maintain analytical models and tools to support data analysis, reporting, and predictive modeling.
  • You will work closely with crossfunctional teams of product owners, business owners, and domain experts to collect relevant information for the topics being analyzed.
  • Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and create dashboards and reports to monitor and measure digital banking performance.
  • Conduct customer segmentation analysis and customer journey mapping to improve personalized offerings and customer satisfaction.
  • Interpreting our customers' needs and turning them into functional or data requirements and process models.
  • Present analytical findings, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders and senior management clearly and compellingly.
  • Stay updated on emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in digital banking and data analytics to drive continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with data engineering teams to ensure data availability, quality, and integrity for analysis.
  • Write queries or data transformation scripts using SQL and Python.

Role Requirements

  • You will come from a strong mathematical/statistical background as well as a businessoriented mindset.
  • You are proficient in working with Power BI, SQL, and have advanced Excel skills. Experience working with Python will be considered as an advantage.
  • You have strong communication skills and can explain complex things in a simple manner.
  • You have excellent verbal and written business English skills.
  • You are a proactive person with a cando attitude and always looking into process improvement.
