We'll be looking for you to analyze data to extract actionable insights that will help drive product-business decisions.

You will communicate data-driven insights and recommendations to stakeholders and drive data tracking decisions to build efficient data collection and reporting.

Role Responsibilities

Perform advanced data analysis using statistical techniques to identify trends, patterns, and customer behaviors that impact digital banking operations.
Develop and maintain analytical models and tools to support data analysis, reporting, and predictive modeling.
You will work closely with crossfunctional teams of product owners, business owners, and domain experts to collect relevant information for the topics being analyzed.
Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and create dashboards and reports to monitor and measure digital banking performance.
Conduct customer segmentation analysis and customer journey mapping to improve personalized offerings and customer satisfaction.
Interpreting our customers' needs and turning them into functional or data requirements and process models.
Present analytical findings, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders and senior management clearly and compellingly.
Stay updated on emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in digital banking and data analytics to drive continuous improvement.
Collaborate with data engineering teams to ensure data availability, quality, and integrity for analysis.
Write queries or data transformation scripts using SQL and Python.

Role Requirements

You will come from a strong mathematical/statistical background as well as a businessoriented mindset.
You are proficient in working with Power BI, SQL, and have advanced Excel skills. Experience working with Python will be considered as an advantage.
You have strong communication skills and can explain complex things in a simple manner.
You have excellent verbal and written business English skills.
You are a proactive person with a cando attitude and always looking into process improvement.
