Hi there
We are Semrush, a global IT company developing our own product - a platform for digital marketers.

And this is our Manager Data Analytics for those who strive to implement functional processes and drive them to full completion.

Tasks in the role:

Develop and maintain documentation on standards, guidelines, and training materials for tableau users. Analytics integration architecture artifacts (for ex. Lineage, system landscape, etc.).
Assess and certify dashboards and reports on demand.
Assure Tableau Developer and Business User skills, awareness, and adherence to standards and guidelines via certification.
Support the business by creating effective and efficient dashboards and reports for critical initiatives and metrics.
Collaborate with EADA design practice and business stakeholders on definitions and models of data (entities, attributes, etc.) and link these to metrics (standard and KPI).
Advocate for data literacy and democratization of analytics to create a datadriven culture.
Scout continuous improvements via new technology and methodology enablers—particularly those that allow business users access to more advanced analytics (e.g. data science).

Who we are looking for:

Several years of experience in BI or Data Science (Tableau experience is a plus).
One or more years of experience in Data Engineering.
One or more years of experience in Business Process Management, Definition, and Improvement.
Once or more years of experience in Data Governance and Data Quality initiatives or processes.
Creative mind and ability to think outside the box both conceptually and pragmatically.
Skilled communicator with the ability to explain complex topics in simple terms both verbally and in written form.
You have data and consulting experience.
Related academic research background.
Enjoys working, communicating with (English), and influencing multicultural distributed teams with a solutionsoriented "can do" attitude, "selfstarter" approach, and a good sense of humor to navigate, at times, ambiguous settings.
