TECHNICAL SUPPORT (COMMERCIAL DEPARTMENT) GRADUATE EXPERT PROGRAM
Some of the tasks you will be responsible for are:

  • Technical support to customer complaints and inquiries.
  • Manage Customers specifications.
  • Reporting quality and performance KPIs
  • Communicate with internal and external customers to gather details and coordinate solutions
  • Collaborate with the development of new products
  • Quality product followup

ACADEMIC QUALIFICATION

  • Mandatory: Engineering (Industrial, Chemical.)
  • It will be valued: Geographycal mobility, client orientation and ability to multitask and work through problems independently.
  • Language Skills: Mandatory: English C1 Optional: French and any other languages will be a plus.
