    We're currently seeking a customer-focused Receptionist to join our welcoming team at our Barcelona Office, conveniently situated near the iconic Sagrada Familia.

    The role requires flexibility, with shifts spanning Monday to Sunday, accommodating the needs of our clients.

    From Monday to Friday, from 12 pm to 8 pm; Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays, from 10 am to 6 pm depending on the necessity (40 hours/week).

    Weekends are rotated every 2 weeks, except during vacation or sick leave periods.


    Key responsibilities include managing bookings across various platforms, orchestrating smooth check-ins and check-outs, addressing customer inquiries and complaints, and ensuring the office operates efficiently.

    Additionally, the role involves apartment quality checks, and daily reporting to streamline communication and task completion.


    Requirements:
    Experience in a receptionist-related role.
    Strong customer service skills.
    Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively.
    Strong organizational skills with the capacity to multitask efficiently.
    Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
    Resourcefulness and proactiveness in addressing issues.
    Excellent oral and written communication skills, with fluency in English and meticulous attention to detail.
    Strong interpersonal skills enabling interaction across diverse cultures and at all organizational levels.

    Nice to have:
    Oral and written communication skills in French.
