The Assistant will provide administrative support and perform clerical and paralegal duties to the legal department.Key action areas:
- Support the Legal Department in the daily legal work.
- Gather, file and record documents.
- Open, maintain and close electronic files of the Legal Department.
- Manage contractual documentation by using legal management tools and legal software.
- Prepare reports.
Requirements:
- Documentalist/Archivist previous experience in a legal department will be valued.
- Knowledge of legal management tools and legal software.
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, in Spanish and English.
- Strong organizational skills, effective at establishing priorities, multitasking ability and scheduling, time management skills and ability to work in teams.
- Familiar with legal terminology.
- High levels of integrity, discretion and confidentiality.
