Lead and contribute (hands-on) in IT operation activities to ensure that hardware, software and networking systems are available, reliable, efficient and secure.

  • Installation and maintenance of personal computers, servers, printers, network, and backup systems.
  • Manage licenses and accounts for company services (office365, ERP, CRM, BI, etc)
  • Solve IT issues.
  • Manage and develop IT team.
  • Negotiate, supervise, and collaborate with different IT providers.
  • Manage IT budget and ensure cost effectiveness.
  • Define and implement IT policies, rules, and procedures.
  • Define and implement training programs.
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure that technology systems meet the company's needs.
  • Identify and implement new technologies that improve operations.
  • Stay up to date on industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure that the company remains competitive.
  • Provide expert support on computer systems and operating systems for company's products development, manufacture, and maintenance.

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years as IT team lead with strong technical/handson orientation.
