We are selecting profiles Helpdesk Support Technician level 1, to provide telephone and ticket support in FRENCH AND / OR ENGLISH who can speak Spanish to work in Madrid, for the banking sector.


Profile:


REQUIREMENTS:


  • At least 1 year of experience as IT Help Desk.
  • Essential to have a high level of ENGLISH AND/OR FRENCH and a good command of Spanish.
  • We value the experience you can bring in:
  • Windows
  • Active Directory
  • Telephone and ticket support (serviceNow)
  • MS Office (including Access)
  • Ws Networks (LAN, WAN)
  • VoIP telephony
  • Remote control

WHAT DO WE OFFER?

  • Office hours from Monday to Friday

Two timetables:

  • Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 17:00
  • Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 18:00

80% REMOTE (1 office day):
