We are selecting profiles Helpdesk Support Technician level 1, to provide telephone and ticket support in FRENCH AND / OR ENGLISH who can speak Spanish to work in Madrid, for the banking sector.
Profile:
REQUIREMENTS:
- At least 1 year of experience as IT Help Desk.
- Essential to have a high level of ENGLISH AND/OR FRENCH and a good command of Spanish.
- We value the experience you can bring in:
- Windows
- Active Directory
- Telephone and ticket support (serviceNow)
- MS Office (including Access)
- Ws Networks (LAN, WAN)
- VoIP telephony
- Remote control
WHAT DO WE OFFER?
- Office hours from Monday to Friday
Two timetables:
- Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 17:00
- Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 18:00
80% REMOTE (1 office day):
