THE ROLE
Integrated into the AMPS department and under the supervision of an AMPS Team Manager, the overall responsibility of an AMPS exploitation Consultant is to support our outsourced SAP customers

  • Responsible for the execution of routine transactional payroll tasks as per the standard payroll service definition: Oncycle process, Bank file creation, Tax and social ins. Reports, Payslip creation and GL creation
  • Responsible for the completion of validation reports, error logs to closure
  • Produce standard and client specific payroll reports
  • Identify any deviation to Payroll Calendar and discuss with Payroll Specialist or Payroll Manager
  • Update and/or maintain procedures and documentation about Payroll process as instructed by the Payroll Specialist or Payroll Manager
  • Responsible for the execution of SOC1 Controls related to payroll
  • Provide documentation (both technical and functional) on issues handled
  • Manage personal daily priorities and assigned tickets and ensure that his deadlines are met. Regularly report on status and progress to the AMO Team Manager
  • Maintain internal and external contact and communication channels at appropriate level. Communicate status, resolution, and root cause of assigned issues
  • Understand the general flows in HR and the SAP HR architecture


  • Qualifications

  • Internal As a senior agent there will also be some coaching tasks for juniors' agents

REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor or Master degree with a Business or Technical emphasis, or equivalent

  • Solid verbal and written communication skills in English (French or German are a plus)
  • Previous experience in SAP HCM is a plus
  • Intellectual curiosity and motivation to learn new technologies at a fast pace
  • Strong interest in delivering high quality support in the field of Human Resource
  • Ability to multitask, to work in a constantly changing, fastpaced environment, and to consistently achieve quality
