We are looking for a "_System Lead Support _" who will offer service to a multinational pharmaceutical company inside the Global IT Operations team, that provides postproduction operational support for systems both regulated (GxP) and non-regulated (nonGxP).

TASKS:

Include but not limited to:_
Performance of annual reviews of system documentation and compliance to company policies.
Creation and updating of System Life Cycle documentation.
Preparation for and conducting Disaster Recovery Testing.
Working with IT Infrastructure to remediate replace migrate or decommission legacy systems or infrastructure items.
Decommission systems and assist with system archiving.
Provide these services for multiple systems and work with the Functional Area and Infrastructure teams to determine special requirements for operational system support.
Act as deputy of System Lead activities.
Support projects task in order to get the necessary knowledge for the systems.
Support the transference of systems to the central operations team.

SKILLS:

Experience in/with:
IT technical support or similar role.
Infrastructure topics such as databases, servers, operative systems, administration, cloud systems, networking, programming, web services, Citrix, virtualization, etc.
Regulated environment _(plus)_
Demonstrated understanding of Operational Excellence ITIL v3.0 or higher Fundamentals Certification.
Fluency in English for reading, writing and speaking.
Fluency in German for reading and writing. Fluent speaking German skills will be appreciated but not mandatory.

Excellent oral and written communication skills.

SCHEDULE:

08/09h 17/18h from Monday to Friday (flexible)
1 day of office work | 4 days by remote.
