Job Description Summary:
Support Digital activities to improve the processes and Efficiency.

Also, will be supporting the improvement of real targets and to work close DT teams and Business.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop internal tools for the DT Team
  • Manage Digital Share Point and being responsible to define the needs and updates required
  • Develop and maintain internal Workflows
  • In collaboration with Digital areas identify and promote the improvements processes required As for example Optimization of Licenses, Cost Optimization, KPI definition
  • Enterprise architecture tool Service Now (Application Tool)
  • Standardization and managing the organization of the tool

Qualifications / Requirements

  • Broad technical IT skills, and ability with tools to manage and learn internal tools
  • IT program management and product management skills, including agile development
  • Skilled in breaking down problems, documenting problem statements and estimating efforts
  • Basic Knowledge in project Management
  • Language: fluent English required (working proficiency) Spanish is a surplus
  • Working hours: preferably 40 hours/week (but min. 20 hours/week)
  • Start day: preferably before 1 April 2023 (but as the latest from 1 May 2023)
