Our client is a company that sells software which simplifies vacation rental marketing and management for property owners. Right now they are expanding the existing team in Barcelona and looking for a new colleague to join the success

Tasks

  • Offer guidance and recommendations to users regarding our various connection types
  • Initiate proactive communication with clients to diagnose and resolve technical incidents
  • Take necessary actions and provide guidance to resolve issues effectively
  • Deliver exceptional service and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Inform customer feedback and issues to the relevant departments and follow up on their resolution

Requirements:


  • Demonstrates patience, attention to detail and logical thinking
  • Able to handle multiple consultations in an efficient manner
  • Possess a positive attitude and a strong sense of responsibility
  • Ability to deal with difficult situations and a solutionoriented mindset
  • Enthusiasm for acquiring knowledge of technology
  • Ownership and commitment to followup procedures
  • Full professional of German and English
  • Availability to work during the morning shift: 7am to 4pm
  • Prior knowledge of major OTA's such as Airbnb, Booking, Expedia, etc. is a big plus
