About you:
The ideal candidate will be adaptable, focused, and possess a proactive attitude, thriving in a challenging and fast-paced environment. They will have a collaborative leadership style with the ability to build relationships with cast and crew and influence others into action and to think creatively about solutions. Effective communication with all levels of personnel and management is essential.
Requirements:
· Bachelor's degree in civil engineering. Other engineering degrees will be considered if the candidate has hands-on experience in the infrastructure industry.
· Proficiency in English at C1 level.
· 3-5 years of experience in the infrastructure industry.
· Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
· Strong organizational and analytical skills.
· Willingness to travel occasionally.
· Desirable but not mandatory: Experience with Design Thinking/Agile-Scrum Methodologies, corporate innovation departments, or managing innovation projects.
