Who you can become with us
You will gain insights into the Google Cloud & Marketing Platform and work with state-of-the-art tools and high-performing teams.

As an Account Manager you will ensure customer satisfaction and foster business growth through strong account management and exceptional customer service.


Specifically you will be responsible for:

  • Manage a portfolio of key accounts and build strong client relationships
  • Ensure successful execution of client projects, meeting deadlines and satisfying client needs
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to provide solutions to customer challenges and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Provide regular updates to clients on project progress and address any issues that arise
  • Collect and analyze customer data to identify opportunities for improvement and increase customer satisfaction
  • Keep up to date with the latest industry trends to give our clients the best consulting experience

The person we are looking for

  • Has solid experience in account management in the tech and digital marketing industry
  • Has a proven track record of success in delivering exceptional customer service and driving business growth
  • Possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Has strong project management skills and the ability to effectively manage multiple projects and priorities
  • Is highly detailoriented with exceptional organizational skills
  • Is a selfstarter, driven to continuously improve and exceed customer expectations
  • Is fluent in English and German
