Do you have a Native level of Greek and wish to work leading a customer support team? ? Then have a look, this might be your opportunity

The company is specialized in digital transactions security. They provide video identification, back office and fraud detection services to companies around the world.

Tasks


Things you will do daily:


  • You will reach the requested average calls per agent in his/her team, global
  • You will accomplish the requested % quality for each of the team members
  • You will increase his/her team's performance
  • You will avoid absenteeism % over the proposed objective
  • You will control and manage their team ́s shifts, rotation, and holidays
  • You will train new team members
  • You will speed up new agents ramp up to the proposed target
  • You will do administrative tasks/Reporting/Data Analysis
  • You will audit agent ́s calls to meet the quality and process assurance
  • You will help train new hires / retrain and update existing agents

Requirements:


You are the perfect match if:

  • You have a native level of Greek and you can also speak English (B2 level MINIMUM).
  • You can speak Spanish is a plus but not mandatory.
  • You are comfortable in front of a camera.
  • You are a communicative person and you know how to show empathy with people.
  • You have good organizational skills.
  • You are a good learner and teacher.
  • You are someone flexible and you can adapt to different situations.
  • You have demonstrable knowledge of Word and Excel.
  • You have a passion for the world of new technologies.
  • You can integrate into work teams.

Benefits:

What will you get?

\- Permanent contract with 2 weeks of training


\- Schedule: Monday to Friday.


\- Working hours: 9 am to 6 pm normally (You might have to support eventually some weekends).


\- Hybrid mode: 4 days/week you will be working from home.

\- Holidays up to 23 days.


\- Salary: 24K / year + Bonus


\- Starting date: End of February.

\- Laptop + professional camera.
