In this role you will be responsible for logistics and planning department, to ensure that client orders are taken in, processed and carried out with precision to make sure the client receives their products on time as well as to establish production plan of each factory.
As Customer Service & Production Planning Supervisor you will be responsible to drive continuous improvement and establish the best-in-class fulfillment of orders and physical operations and coordinates an EU Molecular Imaging task Force with the final objective of standardization of processes between the main EU departments.

Major accountabilities:
- Lead order fulfilment and supply activities in Iberia principal entities with high focus on timely, seamless and compliant planning and execution. Lead all corresponding support activities such as order management process ownership and corresponding SAP functionality.
- Supervise and maintain logistic operations and CS infrastructure as appropriate, in compliance with SOPs, HSE, and other guidelines. Ensure that batches fulfil plants requirements following Techops instructions
- Identify, lead and execute continuous CS and logistic optimization improvements initiatives
- Take active participation on the Strategic Business Meetings, being part and giving support our Commercial Team
- Organise transportation flow with our suppliers and ensure that plants receive all delivery notes on time.
- Prioritize deliveries according with our Tiers structure. (Metrics TBD with Business Director) and create Backup procedures in case of failures
- Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints and ensure customer satisfaction, providing professional customer support.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies, ensuring and facilitating the information flow between Commercial Team and Customer Service Team

Minimum requirements
Obligatory requirements:
- Education: College degree, MBA preferred
- Solid and proven experience proven with high demand logistics
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Familiar with CRM systems and practices
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Spanish and English fluent, written and spoken
