Customer Service Representative-Russian with Ukranian

As a Customer Support Agent, you will handle customer queries over the telephone, email, chat, and social media and strive for first-contact resolution.

Tasks

What you will be doing?

• Working collaboratively with consumers to answer product information requests and resolve queries in a skillful and professional way
• You can put yourself in our customers' shoes, analyse their problems and offer them individual solutions
• Offering an omnichannel service to our consumers via telephone, email, chat, and social media
• Developing a sound understanding of the products and services offered by our client
• Embrace our company values and act as a brand ambassador

Requirements

What skills & experience will you bring to us?

• Afluent level of Russian and Ukrainianwith exceptional grammar and spelling skills
• High level of English(Both written and spoken)
• Ability to deal with sensitive calls with empathy
• Strong administrative skills with a keen eye for detail
• A professional outlook and proactive approach to problem solving

What do we offer?

• Contract: Temporary 3 months (1-month probation period)
• Full time: (39 hours/week)
• Working days/Hours: Rotative shift from Monday to Friday, between 8am and 20am during summer time and 7am and 7pm during winter time
• Salary: €17,537.76 gross per year
• Incentives: Top performance incentives
• Holidays: 24 calendar days per year
• Paid bank holidays
  • 1 extra day in lieu
• WFH model : within Spain
• Training: 2 weeks from Monday to Thursday from 9am to 6pm and Friday from 9am to 5pm 1h
