***Descripción del rol: Ofrecer un servicio de alta calidad en la Atención al Cliente así como velar por la buena presencia del Spa y sus amenities para conseguir una experiência excepcional de nuestros clientes.

  • Atención al cliente 100% personalizada.
  • Explicar los servicios y tomar reservas según estándares.
  • Gestionar las instalaciones del SPA, preparación y cierre del día.
  • Mantener orden y limpieza en todo momento.

Requisitos esenciales:

  • Idiomas: Castellano e inglés.
  • Experiência previa en Atención al Cliente.
  • Flexibilidad horaria y de funciones.
  • Capacidad de trabajar en equipo.

Requisitos deseables:

  • Idioma: Francés
  • Haber trabajado en servicio de 5 estrellas gran lujo durante 2 años.
  • Conocimientos de terapias SPA.
  • Experiência en gestionar situaciones pico de trabajo.
