    Misión

    Asegurar el correcto funcionamiento de las operaciones de control de calidad de la planta, tanto desde el punto de vista GMP como de los objetivos de su unidad y de la planta de producción.

    Funciones y responsabilidades

  • Realizar las operaciones de muestreo y análisis de materiales de entrada, intermedios y productos finales.
  • Revisar y registrar todos los resultados, datos crudos e informes instrumentales obtenidos.
  • Utilizar los sistemas informáticos de gestión de datos de laboratorio.
  • Reportar las incidencias y resultados fuera de especificación, colaborar en su investigación y participar en el establecimiento de medidas correctoras.
  • Almacenamiento de muestras de referencia, registro y control.
  • Gestión y control de material de laboratorio, reactivos y banco de estándares.
  • Realizar las operaciones periódicas de mantenimiento, calibración y registro de los instrumentos de laboratorio. Reportar las incidencias y resultados fuera de especificación.
  • Realizar las operaciones de muestreo y análisis de muestras de seguimiento de estabilidad.
  • Participar en la ejecución de protocolos de validación de métodos de análisis, cualificación de instrumentos de laboratorio y validaciones de procesos de producción.
  • Mantener el estado de orden y limpieza de las instalaciones del laboratorio, y participar en el programa de auto inspecciones.
  • Aprobar protocolos en informes de validaciones de métodos de análisis.
  • Aprobar protocolos en informes de cualificaciones de equipos de laboratorio.
  • Preparar e implementar los PNT's en Control de Calidad.
  • Cumplir las normas de seguridad y medio ambiente recogidas en los diferentes procedimientos, guías e instrucciones de trabajo, así como poner en conocimiento de los técnicos y/ managers aquellas situaciones o actuaciones que puedan implicar un riesgo en los procesos que desarrollan.

    Formación

  • Grado en Química o similar.
  • Conocimiento de GMPs.
  • Conocimiento de técnicas analíticas básicas y técnicas instrumentales de laboratorio (HPLC Empower).

    • Conocimientos específicos

    Inglés nivel medio.

    Experiencia

    Experiencia en laboratorio Químico/ Farmacéutico.
