Warehouse/Customer Service with high level of English
Your Responsibilities:
- Answering customer requests with an empathetic approach through a ticketing system, chat and by phone in english and spanish.
- Answering messages at Social Media platforms.
- Take ownership of customers issues and follow problems through to resolution
- Report customer problems to the mangement.
Your Qualifications:
- English fluent in spoken and written (C1/B2)
- You are studying or have finished your studies in Business Administration, Economics, Transport Sciences or Logistics, however also studies in technology are welcome (computer science, data analysis).
- Any customer service experience is a plus.
- Computer proficiency: Word, Excel, Outlook,
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Spanish and advanced in business English.
- Keen attention to detail in planning, organization and execution of tasks.
- Highly motivated and willing to learn new things
- Reliable compliance with our standards and specified structures
- Resilience, good handling of stress

Salary: 1,000.00€ - 1,400.00€ per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Reus, Tarragona provincia: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
